Growing up and working in the heart of Orange County—from the historic streets of Santa Ana to the quiet neighborhoods of Tustin and Irvine—I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming the probate process can be. When a loved one passes, the last thing a family needs is the stress of managing contractors, navigating court deadlines, or worrying about property security.
I chose to specialize in Probate and Trust Sales because I saw a gap in the industry. Families needed more than a "For Sale" sign; they needed a project manager, a legal liaison, and a compassionate advocate.
